New
In an effort to make the BzzAgent blog more accessible and user-friendly, we’ve redesigned it. What do you think?
This page will be the place where you can continue to learn about BzzAgent, word-of-mouth marketing and the folks here at the Central Hive. We’ll still be transparent and let Agents, clients and everyone else get a look into the Hive, so don’t worry about that. This new version is just our way of trying to make things prettier and easier to navigate. Take a look around, register and feel free to post any comments, suggestions or questions you may have.
Oh, and if you’d like to take a look at v1 and the chronicles of the last three years of BzzAgent, feel free to (re)visit the old blog.
P.S.: On this new system, you no longer need to create an account to post comments but you’re welcome to register. If you had an account on the old blog, you may want to re-create one here but again, you don’t need to in order to post comments.

Love the new look! Congratulations and thanks!

The Greg Brady Team did a most excellent job!

Aaahhhh… much better. Thanks for the new look.

I know you guys have been busy approving new bzz reports, but I was pretty upset that by the time you approved mine all the good rewards were gone. It almost seemed that you had such a limited quantity of the desirable items like iTunes gift cards or Amazon.com gift certificates that it was a tease. I really don’t want junky key rings or flip flops. It would be really nice if you could offer more of those desirable Amazon.com gift certificates (or better yet cash?) so we can reward ourselves with what we really want. Consider yourself BZZed with this info…

I like the new look. Clean, crisp, exciting.

This effort was way more Brady than Greg. Brady’s a superstar with mad ups, no matter what the photo evidence shows.

Does look nice, but will take some getting used to. I keep getting “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page” , which I assume is because I am an agent, not an employee. Would be nice if a separate interface existed for the Agents so we didn’t have so many options shown that are unavailable to us. Oh, also would be nice to increase the default font size a bit so us older BzzAgents can read it more easily!
Hope I don’t sound too negative, I do think it is a BIG improvement and hopefully constructive comments will make it even better.

Greg, don’t sell yourself short with your 5 programs running, crash helmet wearing self. Mad ups come in many different ways! Looking forward to seeing your revised front page as well. BTW, thanks guys, for the search button. It’ll be so much easier moving around in here.
Gary, what are you seeing that I’m not? I’ve got a generic submit button and that’s about it.

Gpringble,
that shouldn’t be happening. I will contact you by email to get details.

Laraelo,
Hope you don’t mind me not giving you the link (I sent it to Greg and Erik though) but it looks like for some reason I’m getting into the main switchboard!

How do I feel about this? Once my addeled brain gets some clarity I’ll get back to you on that.

It’s definitely cleaner, and I like the buttons for easy RSS-ing (of course, I use something completely different). The look is nice, and I liked using Wordpress when I did use it.
Good job.

Laraelo,
Not worried about you, but don’t want to post the page for other people to see that might not be as upstanding!
April 4th, 2006 at 11:42 am
Gary,
Aww, you’re a sweetie! I actually had gotten the same message that you did yesterday when this went live, but I didn’t see any extra buttons, and it disappeared once I’d posted. (So much for abiding by that little warning. I proceeded anyway, wild granny that I am.) ~Grin!

Wicked sweet.
April 4th, 2006 at 2:02 pm
Wicked sweet? Guess I’ll have to ask my girls if that is good or bad!
Well, the Tech gurus have fixed the little bug, can’t get back there anymore.
April 4th, 2006 at 2:05 pm
Yes we have. Thanks for letting us know, it was very helpful.

In Boston, “Wicked sweet” is the 2nd best you can be. “Wicked awesome” is the best.

Thanks Kristen saves me a call.

Awww I miss Boston and “wicked awesome”. Having moved away 6 years ago, people in other parts of the country look at me funny when I say wicked anything.
It’s wicked awesome to hear some of my home town lingo!
April 5th, 2006 at 9:18 am
Never be ashamed to say “wicked” anything. It’s awesome.
April 5th, 2006 at 9:19 am
Gary, just an FYI — In Boston the 3rd best thing you can be is “wicked pissa.”

You think the only people who are people, Are the ones who look and think the way you do, But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger, You’ll learn the things you never knew you never knew… You can own the Earth and still, All you’ll own is earth until You can paint with all the colors of the wind.
